Angelo Preciado heads to Sparta Prague for €2.5m, leaving Genk – we scouted the RB for a client back in April 2023 and our TIPPSTER model graded as potentially making a medium impact at Tier 1 level, so this feels like a good move for Sparta.

Who is Angelo Preciado?

“Angelo Preciado is a dynamic full-back who seemed more capable of playing as a wing-back instead. He was fairly excellent going forward, often looking to link up play on the flank while also managing to carry possession when possible. He was quick and often got into crossing range and played some excellent balls into the opposition box. Preciado’s late runs into the box made him a goal threat as well while he also seemed capable of creating chances for his teammates. Despite this, Preciado can be a little shaky on the defensive front and seemed to be heavily reliant on his pace to make the most of these situations. He can be a little sloppy with his tackles and needs to do a better job of closing down opponents at the back.”
