Who is Arthur Vermeeren?

Vermeeren is a technical midfielder who has good ball control, vision and can distribute the ball accurately over short and medium ranges. Despite his youth he shows good energy and work rate, and will only improve physically given that he is just 18. He shows great potential and is playing at a Tier 2 level but can play at the highest tier in a few years.
