Who is Raul Garcia?

Raúl García has moved from one La Liga club to another in signing for CA Osasuna from Real Betis – we scouted Garcia recently and felt he was a Tier 2 level striker, so is this a clever signing by Osasuna or a bad one? Time will tell!
